Teaching and Outreach

Dr. Arami teaches Materials Engineering Design (MSE 482) at ASU. In this class, students learn the optimal system design processes with focus on materials science. The engineering vision and skills obtained during this class will benefit students’ career growth in both academic and industrial environments.

Capstone project: 

In addition to mentoring graduate and postdoctoral students, Dr. Arami also supervises different types of undergraduate projects, including Capstone projects in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, and Biomedical Engineering.

ASU hosted the annual Materials Bowl competition between University of Arizona and ASU Materials students in April, 2023. Students presented their Capstone Design Projects and competed against each other in front of faculty members from both universities, industry members, and families.
